All AI-generated content is reviewed by THLP's licensed or certified staff before use in participant services. The C-SSRS remains staff-administered per VA protocol. AI Infrastructure — Section 8 Innovative Approach
This Hub constitutes THLP's primary innovative approach under 38 C.F.R. § 78.85. The platform integrates seven AI agents supporting every stage of veteran engagement: pre-screening triage, crisis resource matching, clinical note drafting, benefits navigation, psychoeducation content generation, outreach content creation, and 24/7 resource access.
The Hub is operational, deployed on THLP's secure Netlify infrastructure, and accessible to staff immediately upon program launch — eliminating implementation risk. All agents are staff-support tools. No clinical decision-making is delegated to AI systems.
Estimated efficiency: 150–200 staff hours saved per month · Equivalent to 1+ FTE of administrative capacity.
